I placed an order for two pairs of ankle booties but have yet to receive them. I emailed the company to follow up on the delivery but haven’t received any response. It’s disappointing that I was asked to leave a review before the items were even delivered. I hope to hear back from customer service soon and receive my order.

Great service, quick shipping and a great product that fits perfect, did eliminate my ski boot hot spot by taking up just enough space in my heel areas. Thank you for a great product and service.

I ordered the product with Priority Shipping on January 4th. According to your own website, "For all standard orders allow 2-3 days processing time. Priority shipments will be mailed out within one day excluding weekends." The items were not shipped until January 7th. I did not receive the products on time for a mountaineering trip. Don't make claims on your site that you can't stand by.

What else can I say? I run without socks and these keep me from getting blisters on the backs of my feet. Good purchase!

Fitting and putting on	August 10, 2022

Liking the thinner boots. Ones i had previously must've been the thicker ones. The thin one have NO GIVE when putting the on trying to fit foot through the top larger hole. I felt as if i was going to rip them apart putting them on, but after forcibly squeezing foot through top, it fit very well. Removing them gave just as much problems feeling they were going to rip apart as no leeway for it. Thicker ones have more stretching to allow that.
