These things are the trick for preventing heel lift in boots. Lost one a while back and ordered a couple pairs so I don't have to suffer in the future. Low investment, great solution!

Saves my daughters heels from blisters!	February 17, 2025

My 13 y/o daughter started speed skating on inline skates and her heels paid a nasty price. We tried different skates, different socks, everything until her coach pointed us to the ezeefit ankle booties. We combined them with blister tape and voila, no more blisters. Thank you!

I have narrow feet, specifically in the heel, and order size Narrow street/athletic shoes. Nordic ski boots do not come in size Narrow. No matter what I do to avoid getting blisters (moleskin, heel lift, extra thick socks) nothing has worked. Until now. The eZeefit Ankle Bootie takes up the space and reduces the friction from too loose of a fit in the heel.

I've been inline skating with a pair of these for 1-year now. I've got size 12-US feet wide toes; but narrow heels. I normally skate for around 3-hours at a time and the eZeefit Ankle Booties keep me from getting blisters on my ankles.
I absolutely love them!

Loving the 3 mm Ankle Booties!	June 9, 2023

The 3mm ankle booties saved my treadmill workouts!! Suddenly, I could not work out for longer than about twenty minutes before I would start to feel friction and blisters forming. I tried the 3mm booties and they are a game-changer!! I can go for as long as I want to and be blister-free!! Thank you, eZeefit!!! :)
