They are great, I didn’t know know what mm I had before but I got the thicker of the 2 based on doing a marathon in 3 weeks. (Better to go thicker than thinner?!) I’ve skated 24 miles with them and Am happy that I got the thicker ones. I had a point of wear on my right ankle which the 3mm bolstered. No wear on it after 24 miles thanks to the extra mm.
